Updated Cancellation/No Show & Deposit Policy


As a small independent salon, your appointment is very important to us here at Cats Whiskers. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments as it is very difficult to refill such appointments at short notice.


Therefore, deposits are required for certain services, We will take your payment details at the time of booking and the deposit (which will vary, depending on the service) will be added to your salon account.


Whilst we do understand that sometimes some circumstances are beyond your control, if at least 24 hours notice is not given this will result in the loss of the deposit. If notice of over 24 hours is given, any deposit can be transferred to another booking date. If you need to cancel, please give us a call, or message us through socials or email.


If you are more than 30mins late we may not be able to provide the complete service or treatment, but we will do our best to fit you in. If we can't, in this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.


If you have any previous late cancellations or no-shows on your salon account, you will lose your deposit and for any future appointments you will be asked to pay the full-service amount upon booking. Any subsequent failure to give 24 hours’ cancellation notice (or not showing up again) will result in a loss of 100% off the full-service amount from your salon account.


We hope that you understand that, in our appointment-based business, time is very

important to us and that therefore we are only trying to look after our small business, our team and you, our clients.
