
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 17/08/2025
1. Deposits
Deposits are required for certain services.
Payment details are taken at the time of booking.
The deposit (amount varies by service) will be added to your salon account.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If 24+ hours’ notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to another booking date.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, your deposit will be lost.
If you need to cancel, please call us, message us via social media, or email us.
3. Lateness
If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service or treatment.
We will try our best to fit you in, but if we cannot, the same cancellation fee will apply (loss of deposit).
4. Repeat Cancellations & No-Shows
If you have previous late cancellations or no-shows on your salon account, you will lose your deposit.
For future bookings, you may be required to pay the full service amount upfront.
Any further missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% charge of the service amount being taken from your account.
5. Final Note
We hope you understand that, in our appointment-based business, time is very important. These policies help us protect our small business, our team, and you, our valued clients.
