1. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• To secure your booking, certain services may require a deposit (see our Cancellation Policy).

• We kindly ask clients to arrive on time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service.

2. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits are taken at the time of booking for specific services and are credited to your salon account.

• The balance is payable on the day of your appointment by cash, card, or other accepted payment methods.

• All prices are in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

• Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay the full service amount upfront for future bookings.

4. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.

• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

5. Services & Pricing

• We make every effort to keep our website and price lists accurate. However, prices and services may be updated at any time.

• All services are subject to availability.

• Certain treatments may require a skin test or consultation prior to your appointment.

6. Personal Belongings

While we take care to provide a safe environment, Cats Whiskers Hair Salon cannot accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

7. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse a service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

8. Liability

• Cats Whiskers Hair Salon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided.

• Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Website Use

• Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
